Her philosophy is simple: people do their best work when their talents, values, and ambitions align with the environment around them. She approaches every search with that whole picture in mind—understanding the business, getting to know the person, and building relationships that allow both to grow. That philosophy extends into her life in Costa Rica, where she is a mother and a farmer.
