Growth requires space. Our retreats invite founders and executives into nature to gain clarity, broaden perspective, and reconnect with what matters most, returning ready to lead themselves, their teams, and their organizations with greater intention.

Regenerative Magic Retreats..
Executive and Board Retreat Design in Costa Rica
After eight years living in Costa Rica and five years designing retreats across three regions of this beautiful country, I've developed the local connections and experience to create truly personalized off-site experiences for executive teams and boards.
From tucked-away mountain hideaways to luxurious all-inclusive properties, I know the places, people, and experiences that make Costa Rica special.
Every retreat is designed around your group and its purpose. Whether you're looking to reconnect your leadership team, tackle big strategic questions, or simply create space for meaningful connection, I'll help you find the right balance of deep work, adventure, nature, and downtime.
Reconnect with purpose, passion and culture

Regenerative Magic Retreats.
Have you heard a whisper or a wolf-cry about our gatherings?
Once or twice a year, we bring together a small, intentionally curated circle of extraordinary women in leadership across natural CPG and adjacent industries for something a little different.
No networking agendas. No elevator pitches. No need to be anyone other than yourself.
Instead, we step away from the demands of leadership and into the wild beauty of Costa Rica, where we nourish ourselves through movement, incredible food, nature, play, spiritual exploration, and the kind of honest connection that rarely happens in our everyday lives.
There's laughter. There's deep rest. Sometimes a little unexpected magic. And most importantly, friendships and connections that extend far beyond our week together - into trade shows, gatherings throughout the year.
These intimate, invitation-based gatherings are designed to refill the reservoirs of women who spend so much of their lives pouring into others. A chance to drop the masks, reconnect with our own intuition and joy, and find ourselves surrounded by women who just get it.
Curious? Good. That's where the magic begins.
Our gatherings are intentionally small, and invitations are extended as each new retreat takes shape.
Express your interest here to be considered for a future gathering and receive details when the next retreat is announced.
Escape to paradise. Return to your center.
